I’m that soul… the one who always seems to take the one less traveled by. The funny thing is, that most of the time, I don’t even realize I chose it…it just kind of happens…

…and it has made me different…different from the rest yet I’m the same as everyone else. I think we alienate ourselves, believing no one understands us, no one cares, no one can relate to us… that’s far from the truth. We will never discover the truth because we remain silent. Due to fear, insecurity or just lack of interaction with others, we never share our story. If you never share your story, you will never know how much you have in common with others.

We all take the one less traveled by at some point in time. But one thing is for sure, you won’t walk that road alone forever. At different points in your life, you will encounter someone who also made the decision to take that road… and that… is what makes all the difference… There’s a magical awakening that occurs when two souls collide and share a moment of life together… Some moments are longer than others, but when the moment is over, if you look at yourself, you will see that you are not the same soul you were before that encounter.

I am a single soul in a world full of souls. My journey is unique yet I am not alone. I seek to know and be known, to love and be loved… this is my journey down the next road… the one less traveled by… I’m excited to see you on this road… to see how long we will walk down this road together… to discover our similarities and our differences… to learn from each other… to grow… to discover a new joy for life… to be forever changed.
